I’ve been a coach since the beautiful year of 2020, roughly 24 hours before everything shut down which made things extra fun. I come from a decade in the service industry, where I still spend some time slinging drinks & food to the public.​ in the fall of 2020, I found my passion for coaching at a gym in Massachusetts where I resided as the Head Coach for nearly 4 years (shoutout to MSC). I spent this past summer season back home at the ocean, taking a minor hiatus while allowing myself to slow down for the first time in my adult life. To rest, reflect & plan.

 

Human connection is one of the most special things we can experience & having the ability to connect & support another person's growth into who they really want to be is what makes this work so fulfilling. 

 

The friendships & connections I have with the women in my life are the most special bonds I've ever experienced. ​When it comes to the health & fitness world, we are flooded with an overwhelming amount of information. The constantly changing expectations about how you should look, eat, exercise & feel. The lack of support from doctors about health concerns. I could rant all day about this, but I know you've seen & experienced it.

I am a strong believer in a holistic approach to most things in life, which also translates into how I like to structure the way I coach. 

 

What I mean by that is working with me is not just going to be a well written program that will make you stronger. If I’ve learned anything, it’s really hard to make changes & create new habits in your life without support outside of just knowing what to do during your workouts.

 

So we're gonna work on all the other stuff that is the real sauce to making you a strong ass human in all aspects of your life, not just the physical (like feeling your feelings & speaking nicely to yourself for starters)

 

I want to create a safe space for you to learn & grow, be flexible & adapt, & establish a level of trust & discipline with yourself to feel confident & strong in your everyday.
